Electronic Batch Controller
Our Electronic Batch Controller is a dedicated unit designed to streamline the batching process, ensuing precise and effortless transfer of a specified volume of liquid through an Air Operated Diaphragm pump (AODD). This automated device guarantees the accurate transfer of nearly any type of liquid, achieving an impressive precision of 60ml per batch when used with the TR20 AODD. The Electronic Batch Controller stand out for its accuracy, achieved by effectively counting and consolidating pump strokes detected by an inductive sensor. Each pump stroke triggers a signal received and accumulated by the controller. Prior to operation, the pre-configured volume of liquid to be pumped per stroke ensures seamless and reliable batching.

- Inductive Sensor Technology: The pump is equipped with an inductive sensor (-5 C or -5 CF option in pump configuration) that sends a signal with each stroke, enabling precise monitoring of liquid transfer
- Signal Summarisation: The controller efficiently receives and summarises the signals from the inductive sensor, ensuring accurate measurement and control of liquid volume pumped per stroke
- Pre-set Liquid Volume: The volume of liquid pumped per stroke is pre-set, guaranteeing consistent and repeatable batch sizes. Precision of 60ml per batch is achieved
- Easy Operation: Initiating a batch is simple – just set the desired batch volume and press the START button
- Automated Pump Control: The pump will automatically operate until the specified batch volume is reached and the controller will then halt the pump’s air supply by deactivating the solenoid valve
- Efficient Batch Sequencing: Starting the next batch is hassle-free – merely press the START button again
- Manual Mode Option: The pump can be switched into Manual Mode, where pressing the START button keeps the pump in continuous operation for specific applications
