Our Aluminium Diaphragm Pump is designed to handle challenging industrial liquids that are viscous, chemically aggressive and contain abrasive solids. These pumps are available in Cast Iron, Stainless Steel AISI 316L and PTFE Coated Aluminium. What sets our Diaphragm Pumps apart is their simple design, with about 70% fewer components than standard AODDs on the market. This streamlined structure not only maximises efficiency but also ensures effortless maintenance.
Our Aluminium Diaphragm Pumps are engineered to excel in the harshest environments, where other pumps might fail. Whether you need to transfer pH-neutral fluids, regardless of their viscosity, or fluids with solids content or abrasiveness, these pumps offer reliability and adaptability. This pump is ATEX as standard, making them ideal for the Oil and gas, Print and paint, Mining and construction, and Chemical industries. From workshops and paint facilities to purification plants, these pumps are perfect for transferring and batching hydrocarbons like diesel, lube oils, hydraulic oils and gear oils.

- Ball Lifter Integration Pump
PTFE Coated
Our PTFE Coated Pump is constructed from cast Aluminium and all wetted parts are coated with non-stick PTFE. The inlet and outlet ports are made from Stainless Steel AISI 316L.
PTFE Coated Pumps were developed for the printing industry where aluminium was not chemically resistant to their requirements, and a low-priced alternative to the PE/PTFE pump was required. These pumps can be used for applications where slightly acidic or alkaline liquids need to be transferred.
Twin Inlet & Outlet
May be fitted with multiple porting configurations to achieve “two pumps in one” for blending, mixing or recirculation applications, simplifying pipework configurations and the system in general.
- Transfer of 2 different liquids (2 Inlets and outlets) – “two pumps in one.”
- Mixing of 2 liquids with one pump, 50 / 50 ratio (2 Inlets, 1 Outlet)
- Transfer and return of printing ink from storage to ink tray
- Transfer and agitation of liquids within one pump
Ball Lifter Integration
Our Ball Lifter Integration option for Diaphragm Pumps is a great solution for emptying your pump of liquid if there is no possibility of disconnecting the pump from the installation.
With this easy solution, you can simply raise the ball from the valve seat and allow the liquid to flow out of the pump.
Turn your existing Metal Diaphragm Pump into a Ball Lifter Pump with the following additional parts:
- 2 x Housing Sides for the TL Pump (Aluminium, AISI 316L or PTFE Powder Coated Aluminium)
- 4 x Valve Lifting Systems (Stainless Steel AISI 316L)
Various materials:
- Aluminium & Cast Iron Pumps: Ideal for transferring pH-neutral fluids, whether they’re thin, thick, contain high solid content or are abrasive
- AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pumps: Resistant to aggressive liquids such as nitric acid and sodium hydroxide. The centre block, which doesn’t come into contact with the liquid, is crafted from corrosion-resistant polypropylene (PP) as the standard material (other options available upon request)
- Build Options: Our Aluminium Diaphragm Pump is available in various configurations, including bespoke skids and systems, trolley-mounted with built-in dampeners or equipped with carry handles made from Stainless Steel AISI 304L
