Our Aseptic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump has been built to meet the cleaning and sterilisation requirements for the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Food & Beverage industries. Designed to be easily rotated in its stand for drainage during CIP & SIP processes, this EHEDG-certified pump is perfect for applications requiring the highest hygienic standards.

Our Aseptic Diaphragm Pump is cleanability tested, meaning bacteria does not grow in the pump after cleaning and draining and there are no hidden areas where bacteria can grow. Units can also be delivered with backup diaphragm systems. The manifold clamps and the housing screws are simply removed for complete disassembly and cleaning. Models are designed with an extra-fine surface finish to Ra 0.8 as standard and Ra 0.5 upon request.

The pumps are supplied as standard with ISO Tri-Clamp connections; however, they may also be equipped with almost any type of connection used in the hygienic field – DIN clamps, SMS milk, RJT, and DIN aseptic to mention a few. Available ATEX Rated.
