Our Hot Oil Centrifugal Pump is specifically designed to excel in demanding Industrial processes involving high-temperature liquids. Constructed from robust materials such as Stainless Steel, this pump efficiently handles the corrosive nature and elevated temperature of liquids such as hot oils and other thermal fluids. With options available in 24 basic sizes adhering to E733 norms and an additional 8 sizes catering to special processes, this pump offers versatility to meet diverse operational requirements. This pump is also ATEX available, ensuring suitability for operation in hazardous environments.

Features & Benefits
- ‘Back pull’ design allowing for easy maintenance as complete bearing assembly, impeller and casing cover can be removed without dismantling the volute casing from the pipework. Spacer coupling also allows disassembly of the rotor without removing the electric motor
- Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
- Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
- 24 basic sizes all conforming to EN733 norms, with 8 additional sizes on special processes
- Air-cooled
- Bearings used are life-time grease-lubricated ball bearing types
