ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump
Our ISO2858 Centrifugal Pump is a heavy-duty pump designed for handling clean and slightly contaminated low or medium viscosity fluids without solids and fibrous particles. This pump uses a rotating impeller to increase the kinetic energy of a fluid and convert it into potential energy in the form of increased pressure. For added versatility, this pump is available in 28 basic sizes with different design options including End-Suction, In-Line, Close-Coupled and Vertical Multistage. This pump can also be powered by an electric motor or engine. Manufactured with a Stainless Steel pump body and impeller, this pump excels at handling corrosive and abrasive liquids.

- ‘Back pull’ design that allows for easy maintenance as complete bearing assembly, impeller and casing cover can be removed without dismantling the volute casing from the pipework. Spacer coupling also allows disassembly of the rotor without removing the electric motor
- Flanges conform to EN1092-2/PN 16 or PN25. (EN 1092-1/PN 16 or PN 25 for steel/stainless-steel casing). ANSI/ASME flanges are also available
- Dynamically and statically balanced impellers, in accordance with ISO 1940 Grade 6.3
- 28 basic sizes all conforming to ISO2858 norms, with 10 additional sizes on special processes
- Closed Impellers utilise balancing holes and Semi-Open Impellers use back ribs to balance axial thrust
- Bearings used are oil-lubricated
- Heavy duty shaft is not in contact with the fluid (dry shaft design)
