Magnetically Driven Centrifugal Pump
Our Magnetically Driven Centrifugal Pump is a versatile solution for handling both low and normal viscous liquids. Engineered with a magnetic seal design, this Mag Drive Centrifugal Pump ensures leak-free operation and a streamlined design with fewer parts. These pumps, that are Magnetically Driven, End Suction Close-Coupled Single Stage Centrifugal Pumps, incorporate a semi-open or closed impeller and are constructed using Glass Fibre Reinforced Polypropylene or PVDF materials, offering superior corrosion resistance for a range liquids including pure chemicals, acids and alkalis.
Typical applications for our Magnetically Driven Centrifugal Pump:
- Chemical: transfer of various chemicals from storage tanks to smaller containers
- Surface Treatment: transfer, filtering and circulation of surface treatment baths
- Food & Beverage: pumping of CIP detergent used for cleaning of pipes and other food process equipment
- Water Treatment: dosing of acids and alkalis used as cleaning chemicals in Nano filtration
- Demineralising: demi-water circulation and transfer in many industrial applications
- Photo Processing: transfer of photo develop chemicals and inclusion in processing machines
- Liquid Crystal Manufacture: pumping of concentrated acids and alkalis
