We build and supply mixing, dilution and blending systems for applications where blending fluids together is required. Here we have an efficient system to prepare a less concentrated SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate) solution for your production line, which is meticulously designed to cater specifically to the needs of the Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical industries. SLES is a key ingredient in cleaning and personal care products such as soaps, shampoos, liquid detergents and more.
Typically, SLES is supplied at a 70% concentration, but it needs to be diluted down to roughly 27% before it can be integrated into your process line. Manually blending, mixing and diluting SLES is time-consuming and inaccurate. This is where the Tapflo Mixing, Dilution & Blending System is used. This system features a Progressive Cavity Pump responsible for feeding the 70% concentrated SLES solution and a Centrifugal Pump that effectively mixes the SLES with water and pumps the final solution. The well-engineered design gives operators complete control over the dilution process, ensuring prompt and precise preparation of a less concentrated SLES solution.
