Plastic Vertical Immersion Pump
Our Plastic Vertical Immersion Pump is a robust solution designed for corrosive Chemical applications. Available in Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) variants, this Centrifugal Pump excels in the transfer and circulation of various liquids from containers, sumps and tanks. For increased versatility, the PP variant of this Vertical Immersion Pump efficiently manages chemicals with temperatures up to 70°C, while the PVDF variant excels at handling hot acids at temperatures up to 100°C. Notably, the submerged design of this pump eliminates the need for a priming chamber.

Options & Variations
Suction Extension (PP, PVDF, SS):
- This is a great solution when operators need to empty a tank or sump from a level lower than the immersion depth of the pump
- A 500mm and 1,000mm extension pipe is available as standard
Strainer (PP, PVDF, SS):Â
- Â Suction Strainer is ideal for handling dirty or solids-laden liquids
Optional Discharge Connection (PP, PVDF, SS):
- Can be delivered with optional connections on the ump’s discharge
- Flanges conforming ANSI and DIN standards (loose or welded)
Left-Hand Thread on Pump Cover (PP, PVDF):
- A left-hand thread on the pump cover is used to avoid unintentional unscrewing of pump cover, which is recommended when pumping viscous liquids
- The thread differs from the standard option by means of a cut on the socket
