Overview
Our Polyelectrolyte Diluting & Dosing Systems are automatic units designed to prepare polyelectrolyte solutions with consistent concentration from powder or emulsion stock. These systems are compact, requiring minimal space, and are equipped with dissolution, dilution, and ripening tanks, polymer and water feed rate controls, mixers, control panels, and dosing pumps. The powder dilution plant features a stocking hopper and volumetric endless screw, while the emulsion dilution plant uses a plunger metering pump and static mixer.
