Our Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is a high-performance solution designed to meet the strict demands of the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. Engineered from Stainless Steel AISI 316L and boasting an electro-polished finish of Ra > 0.8, this pump ensures superior corrosion resistance and optimal hygienic performance. With the capability to withstand temperatures up to 180°C, it caters to a wide range of applications. The Sanitary Centrifugal Pump is also ATEX-rated, enhancing its suitability for use in hazardous environments.

When offered with a heating jacket, there are further applications, such as pumping margarine, paraffin and even chocolate.

And while typically used for tank-to-tank transfer applications, this pump can also be used for pressure boosting, dispensing, loading and offloading, tank cleaning, batching and metering when used in conjunction with some of our wide range of control accessories.

Hygienic Shroud:
In polished AISI 304L, this shroud protects the motor from spraying water during cleaning procedures
Long Coupled Execution:
Ideal when pumping hot products such as edible oil
Heating Jacket:
Offers great protection of the mechanical seal in instances where product tends to solidify. It is also a great option
Buffer Fluid System:
An oil reservoir is connected to the mechanical seal chamber. This is a great option when the product tends to solidify or crystalise
Casing Drainage:
Draining plug with a variety pf connection types allowing for pump emptying at the end of the process
Adjustable Feet:Â
Allows easy cleaning of the surface underneath the pump. This also allows for easy manoeuvrability
