These pumps provide low-pulsation transfer, high discharge pressures up to 48 Bar and reversible operation effective up to 12 Bar. They handle a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. Progressive Cavity Pumps, which fall into the Positive Displacement Pump category, consist of a rotor and stator. The rotor drives the stator, filling and pushing liquid evenly through the pump outlet. Built for tough pumping applications and highly viscous fluids, these pumps offer consistent flow rates and exceptional suction lift capabilities. They are versatile, suitable for various industries and adept at managing challenging process fluids like Wastewater Sludge, Slurries and Shear Sensitive materials.
